He is survived by his wife and singing partner, Shannan, as well as their close friends, Brandt & Angie White, who made up the rest of the group. The Parker Trio had arrived in Goose Creek, SC late Saturday Night. Shortly after midnight, Warren was struck and killed by a truck. Reports indicate the group's tour bus was backing into a church parking lot. Warren was outside checking clearances when the accident occurred. Officials say the driver of the truck took off running after the crash. Shannan Parker made this statement, about her husband, after the tragedy: "He was just exceptional. There will never be another one like him. He loved people. He was gifted. God gifted him in an amazing way in music and the way he dealt with people. (He was) very passionate, very tender hearted. It's a big hole, and it's going to take a long time (to heal). But, I know with God's help He'll get me through. He promised." The Parker Trio was scheduled to sing in two services Sunday morning at the Calvary Church on Redbank Rd in Goose Creek. A family friend, Kevin Pauls, tell us that Warren's body is being flown home to Pickering, Ontario (near Toronto). The funeral will be held sometime later this week. Gaither Music Group Adds Ernie Haase and Signature Sound To Label Family

Nashville, TN (4-29-05) – Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, one of the most exciting new groups in southern gospel music, has joined the roster of Gaither Music Group. The group’s self-titled CD is slated for an October release, and they are taping a video concert special that will be released simultaneously.

Founded by Haase, former tenor singer for the legendary Cathedrals and Old Friends, in 2002, Signature Sound consists of Doug Anderson, Tim Duncan, Ryan Seaton and Roy Webb. In just a short time, Ernie Haase and Signature Sound has become fan favorites, as much for their trademark spiked hair, big-knotted ties and high energy level as their dynamic stage presence, and has already garnered Singing News Fan Awards for both Horizon Group of the Year and Favorite Tenor (Haase). They appear regularly on the Gaither Homecoming tour as well as Gaither Homecoming videos.

“We’re excited, thrilled and humbled just to be connected to a venture that bears Bill Gaither’s name,” Haase remarked. “We feel that God has given us this season, and it’s our time. We’re just going to see what doors He opens, but one thing is for certain; we’re not going to walk through them, we’re going to run, sharing the love of God all the way.”

Bill Gaither, too, expressed his pleasure at signing the group: “I have to admit that initially I wasn’t convinced that a young group could authentically capture the essence of the old gospel quartet sound, but Ernie and Signature Sound have done it! Every time they join us for Homecoming concerts their youthful energy and wonderful spirit, combined with that great classic quartet sound, leaves audiences wanting more! I see nothing but blue skies ahead for these fine young men!”

Meet The Dills

In a generation filled with complacency, deceit, unbiblical principles and lies, it is crucial that people know there is Truth. But how will people hear this Truth? Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." In the Great Commission, Jesus commands us to go and tell this message of Truth. This is the mission of the Dills' ministry. For many years now, the Dills have blessed countless numbers of people with their songs and testimonies of hope, grace and mercy. This mixed group's contagious energy, smooth harmonies and dynamic personalities have made impressions on young and old, the saved and the lost. Sincere and focused, this family desires to tell as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, the message and truth of the Lord, Jesus Christ. The group consists of brothers, Shawn and Tim Dill, who have been involved in gospel music for over 20 years. The brothers began playing and singing with their mom and dad at the early age of seven. Tim said, "I thank God that I was raised in a home where God was worshipped and his unconditional love for me was made known". Wives, LeeAnn and Bridget, who have established foundations in gospel music as well, complete the group. The Dills' brand new project "Preparing The Way" is exciting, yet thought provoking. In addition to the title cut, written by Tim Dill, the project contains songs from some of the industry's greatest songwriters, such as Rodney Griffin, Greg Day, and John Darin Rowsey. The soul-stirring song, "Oh, What A Beautiful City", released on Heritage Gold Compilation, Vol. 42, is the Dills' first national single from this project. With compassion in their hearts and a song on their lips, it is no wonder the Dills are such an inspiration to so many! "He has called us to do His work and we must go and share the truth about the gospel of Christ", Shawn said. "His return is very near and we, like John the Baptist, must make straight the path and prepare the way for the Lord."

We recently entered an agreement with The Chuck Wagon Gang to provide radio promotions for their new single, "It's An Unfriendly World."

The Chuck Wagon Gang began in 1936 and are one of the most recognized groups in the history of Southern Gospel Music.

D. P. (Dad) Carter founded the group in the mid 1930's in Texas. Originally known as The Carter Quartet, they soon became a radio sensation. Following a move to Forth Worth, they performed a daily broadcast on WBAP sponsored by the Bewley Flour Company, and took on the name The Chuck Wagon Gang.

Through the years the families of Dad Carter have performed together in several versions of The Chuck Wagon Gang , always with a family member at the core of the group. That tradition continues today. Singing alto is Shaye Truax, following in the footsteps of her mother, Vicki, who sang with the group in the 1960's and again in the 1990's, and her grandmother, Anna Gordon-Davis, who sang alto in the original group. Rick Karnes sings tenor. He is the son of original soprano, Rose Karnes. Joining Shaye and Rick is Melissa Cavness at soprano and Darrell Morris on bass vocals and guitar. Darrell traveled and played with Roy Carter's last touring Chuck Wagon Gang before the group retired in 1997.

The Chuck Wagon Gang's latest single, "It's An Unfriendly World," can be found on Heritage Gold Volume 31. Written by Albert E. Brumley in 1936, "It's An Unfriendly World," carries a prophetic message for today.
